How it works

Registering with us is the second part of the process. The first part is selecting SOFTIP as your provider on the FS SR portal.

Step 0 – Selection on the FS SR portal

Log in as you would to the Personal Online Portal, then select SOFTIP from the list of providers (or use direct link to the SOFTIP selection), select a tax entity with an assigned and registered VAT number, enter your email address and telephone number, and submit. A registration link will then be sent to the email address you provided.

We automatically retrieve company details from the Commercial Register.

Please confirm the details

We assign the price band and price automatically based on the volume of documents.

Email and confirmation

You will create an account.

We will assign you a Peppol ID and you can then start invoicing.

You can complete the whole process in under 2 minutes, entirely online.

Why choose SOFTIP?

Questions about registration

Is registration compulsory?

We’re currently finalising the terms and conditions. You’ll receive an update from our assistant.

Why does the FS SR Portal tell me that the entity does not have a VAT number assigned and registered?

Only organisations with an assigned and registered VAT number can select a provider on the portal. If your company does not yet have one, please apply for registration with the tax office and repeat the selection process once it has been assigned. More information at FAQ.

Do I have to choose a package when I register?

No. We assign the tier and price automatically based on the number of documents you process in a given month.

When will I receive my Peppol ID?

Immediately after completing registration.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

No, all you need is a web browser.

Can I pause the registration process and finish it later?
